Theta Meditation
Meditation question?
Is this easier to achieve using Binaural Beats? I currently downloaded a few programs that say they can put me in the Theta brain stage with binaural beat frequencies – Has anybody ever heard of this or tried it? Is it safe to use?
I have never heard of binaural beat frequencies, but I do meditate by relaxing my mind and visualization.
